COVID-19 Update

Turf Care(s) about YOU! Dealing with the continuing COVID-19 outbreak during these persistently trying times.

As a people-first company, the well-being and safety of our Turf Care customers, our employees, and their families continues to be our number one priority!

Our lawn/tree care and pest control programs provide many vital services to help provide protections of our surrounding environments and provide safety measures for our local communities. These programs and services help minimize and reduce airborne allergens that compromise people’s breathing, and help to reduce mosquito, flea, and tick populations that spread life threatening and deadly diseases. Other treatments help to reduce pests and diseases that can compromise your family’s safety and health, they also help to reduce the likelihood that pests or diseases will kill your trees, making them a hazard to your home and family. Healthy lawns and trees help to filter our air and groundwater, they produce oxygen, provide a carbon sink to reduce climate change, they help control erosion, and so much more.

Today, it continues to be more important now than ever to provide these needed lawn/tree care and pest control services for your lawn, landscape, and plants. We are here because we care about you and we want to help control insects, pests, and diseases that threaten your family and ours. We are communicating with you today to let you know that we will continue to take our mission of safety seriously.

Because of the continuing COVID-19 threat, we have left in place our elevated safety action plan and high levels of Personal Care Processes and Procedures.

WE ARE CONTINUING THE FOLLOWING MEASURES TO PROTECT YOU AND OUR EMPLOYEES:

• Some of our staff and administrators will still be working remotely and the remaining in-office teams work in assigned desk areas with barriers in between them and have limited access to office spaces.
• Due to our reduced office staff please phone first if you need to stop in for any reason.
• All employees are required to continue practicing a 6’ minimum social distancing with everyone and we respectfully ask that you do the same with us.
• All employees are required to stay home if they have any cold or flu-like symptoms and we are also providing daily employee temperature checks.
• We continue to have in place our strict daily cleaning and sanitizing procedures to protect both our employees and customers.
• Our technicians’ trucks are loaded and unloaded for them to maintain proper social distancing and are completely cleaned and disinfected daily.
• Your technician has been provided with hand sanitizer and cleaning wipes, and they also have access to soap and water for frequent washing of hands.
• For everyone’s safety during this time, we continue to require mask wearing with any in-person to person interaction. (all other safety and social distancing protocols remain in place).
