Targeted Treatments to Remove Mosquitoes
Our treatments are tailored to your specific property and what we find when we are there. We normally focus our applications to areas where mosquitoes are likely to breed and hide – including bushes, perennials, shady areas of the lawn, decks, and shady areas of your property.
Components of Our Mosquito Treatment Program
Our pest control experts use special motorized fine mist applicators specifically designed for treating these tiny insects. Treatments are designed to knock down and kill your current mosquitoes as they come in contact with the spray mist. The surfaces where mosquitoes like to rest and hide will have a treatment residue that will last for 21 days, helping to control new mosquitoes that wander onto your property later. We also utilize a growth inhibitor that prevents them from laying eggs, which helps control their population.

Do not use a CO2 trap – they do not work well and typically just attract more mosquitoes to your property.
What can I do to help reduce the mosquito population?
There are a few basic things you can do around your property to eliminate mosquito breeding grounds and reduce their population.
- Eliminate standing water. This includes rain gutters, plant trays, old tires, buckets, toys, or any other places that standing water can gather.
- Empty and change the water in bird baths, fountains, wading pools, rain barrels, and potted plant trays at least once a week to destroy potential mosquito habitats.
- Areas on your property that frequently pool with water should be drained and filled with dirt
- Keep swimming pool water treated and circulated.
